Jaime N. Williams
FNP-C, owner
Jaime is a Bangor native and a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience caring for women across all stages of life. Prior to opening Renova Health, she cared for patients at Downeast OB/GYN. She has a strong passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered women’s healthcare.
In addition to women’s health, Jaime has advanced training and a special interest in obesity medicine, helping women and men improve their overall quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered during their healthcare journey.
Outside of clinical practice, Jaime serves as the Vice President of Clinical Informatics for a healthcare technology company, where she works at the intersection of healthcare innovation and patient care to improve clinical outcomes and healthcare delivery.
When she is is not working, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband Cody, their dog Louie, and her nieces and nephews - Beckett, Brooks, Evelyn, and Adalyn. Brynn Small
Brynn brings over six years of experience in women’s healthcare administration and clinical operations. Since 2020, she has worked in the private practice Ob/Gyn setting, gaining valuable insight into both clinical workflows and the operational foundations that allow a small practice to thrive. In 2023, she played an instrumental role in the development and launch of a comprehensive medical weight-loss program through Downeast Ob/Gyn, overseeing patient intake, medication coordination, patient communication, and day-to-day program operations. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of patient-centered care, efficient practice management, and what it truly takes to build and sustain a successful healthcare organization. Brynn brings this knowledge and passion forward as she helps launch Renova Health, a practice she deeply believes in and is committed to growing with intention and purpose.
Brynn lives in Levant with her husband Colby, and their two sons, Beckett and Brooks. She is an active member of PATAWA, a civic organization of women dedicated to community involvement and supporting local charities. Outside of work, you can usually find her at her children’s various sporting events or visiting Maine’s locally owned businesses. She enjoys traveling, a good iced coffee, and hunting for the best antique finds. Practice Manager
