Jaime N. Williams

FNP-C, owner

Jaime is a Bangor native and a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience caring for women across all stages of life. Prior to opening Renova Health, she cared for patients at Downeast OB/GYN. She has a strong passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered women’s healthcare. 

In addition to women’s health, Jaime has advanced training and a special interest in obesity medicine, helping women and men improve their overall quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered during their healthcare journey. 

Outside of clinical practice, Jaime serves as the Vice President of Clinical Informatics for a healthcare technology company, where she works at the intersection of healthcare innovation and patient care to improve clinical outcomes and healthcare delivery. 

When she is is not working, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband Cody, their dog Louie, and her nieces and nephews - Beckett, Brooks, Evelyn, and Adalyn.

Brynn Small

Brynn brings more than six years of experience in women’s healthcare administration. Since 2020, she has worked in the private practice Ob/Gyn setting, developing a strong understanding of both the clinical and operational aspects of patient care. Her experience spans patient relations, insurance and referral management, workflow development, program implementation, and day-to-day practice operations.
In 2023, Brynn played a key role in the development and launch of a comprehensive medical weight-loss program, overseeing patient intake, medication coordination, patient communication, and daily logistics. This experience provided valuable insight into building and scaling a successful healthcare program while strengthening the organizational, operational, and leadership skills that continue to shape her approach to practice management today.
As Practice Manager, Brynn combines her knowledge and expertise with a genuine passion for creating a patient experience that feels personal, supportive, and welcoming. 
Brynn lives in Levant with her husband Colby, and their two sons, Beckett and Brooks. She is an active member of PATAWA, a civic organization of women dedicated to community involvement and supporting local charities. Outside of work, Brynn spends most of her time keeping up with her two boys, who happily run the family calendar and keep life full of adventure. Between family activities and supporting her husband's military career, she also enjoys traveling, supporting Maine's locally owned businesses, and hunting for the best antique finds.
